Open grazing bans in Nigeria are mostly state laws, not federal laws e.g Benue, Ondo, Ekiti...
Those laws were passed years before Tinubu became president.
So the claim that Tinubu already banned it and is secretly fighting Fulani elites is not supported by public evidence.

If Tinubu banned open grazing, show the federal law or executive order.

Security is the primary constitutional responsibility of a president.
Waiting for a second term would make no strategic sense.

There is no official policy statement saying major security action will wait until 2027, it's just your own speculation which has no certainty.
If insecurity is a national emergency, why delay action? If bandits kidnap his son, would he wait until he wins second term before he match on toes ? It's just selfish interest, no zeal for the people.
