At wordpress you just have to add your zones on the respect part of your time, header, footer, body or post, there are some zones which require you upload a js file to your root folder.
While at Blogger you just have to add new gadget at any place depending on theme, weda you place it at header, footer or post body but some require you post a particular js code at your theme head section
