The decision by PBAT was taken after series of reconciliation meetings between FAAC and NNPCL were held over several months, leading to the position reached during Nov 2025 FAAC meeting. If he actually won the election like he deceived his supporters to believe, it means that he defeated not only Tinubu but Atiku too. Can anyone explain to me like I am a kid why he is willing to deputize Atiku to contest against Tinubu? The more you see the less you understand in Nigeria.

If Obi actually won the last election, then he should win 2027 convincingly without queuing behind Atiku, given the supposed failure of Tinubu on economy and security.
