littlegold: I asked from a HOD of a department why some ppl with high marks are not on the first list but on the COC..he said some ppl did change of institution into other schools earlier,some did the wrong subject combination in their jamb,while some did not reach there departmental cut off marks...so if you fall into this category just keep praying and do the right thing...good luck to us all..
