Did you notice or rather observe that BAT honoured over 40 individual, some post humous and some still alive but he called them all by their full names without reading from a book. He spoke oratory for almost an hour plus without reading from any book and no mistake. He has always done that anyway, this man is an enigma, very intelligent and sharp mental alertness. Kudos to him.....That's very Presidential indeed......
