I GAVE IT TO A SOFTWARE ENGINEER AT COMPUTER VILLAGE BUT TO NO AVIAL. HE WORKED ON IT STILL COULDNT FIX THE PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED. NOW THE PHONE IS STUCK ON FIRMWARE UPGRADE ENCOUNTERED AN ISSUE.PLEASE SELECT RECOVERY MODE IN KIES & TRY AGAIN.PLEASE GURUS IN THE HOUSE HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM! WOULD BE SO GLAD
