Do this What You Should Do If You Make Payment And Is Not Reflecting On Your Portal

I'm not yet a student, i'm applying for pgd so i dont have a matric no. yet. I tried checking the rrr but its saying "payment info not available"

Mr ANthony, i tried applying and i even paid but each time i log into the website and click on "continue after payment" but the reply after i insert my rrr and registration number is "payment has not been effected" this has been the response in last week. what do i do?
