Ghana now has a waiting list of about 4 months or so (for study, not sure of opportunity card). This is still far better than Nigeria, but you need a resident permit to apply from there.

if a Nigerian were to go to these countries get a residence permit and begin their application from there would that be a reasonable option?
I would like to know if getting a residence permit in other African countries is anywhere as difficult as getting a visa application
