They can pass all the law they want it wouldn't change a damn thing! Prices of building materials hike everyday. In some areas landlord must pay some kinda extortionate levy to the community boys or shall i call them jobless thugs before fixing, renovating or building their house.

Some tenants ruin our properties without any care. However, what i do not like are agents, agents are the problem for tenants even for us too, to buy a piece of land agents would hike the price on top of the original price.

Why are you talking like this, will this also apply to old houses that the rent is over the roof. Are the landlord renovating those houses every month. Do you know how people struggle to pay high rent. For once just have sympathy on people and dead this narrative abeg.

I know someone who just rented a house, he told me the landlord collected both agent, commission and caution fee by himself altogether. Landlords and Agents are the same thing only that the landlord stays behind the scenes while he gives the agents commands on what to do.

10. When you are walking on a tiny space and someone is at your back moving at a higher speed than yours, give them allowance to pass. They are not your bodyguard.

11. Going on a date and pressing your phone throughout the period. You should have told the other person that both of you would be having a phone pressing challenge instead of a date.

12. Using your fingers to pick your nose and still expecting others to shake you when you stretch out your hand.

13. When you meet someone who is way older than you, allow them to stretch out their hand for a handshake, and not the other way round.

14. When someone calls you on phone, you speak first, except the call is suspicious. Don't keep quiet and allow the caller to speak first.

15. Do not enter someone's house with dirty feet, or use their toilet without flushing. You will never know the stress it took them to put their house in order.
