It is located within Treasure Parks and Gardens estate, Phase one extension (Golf & Estate), Shimawa town (behind Redemption camp), along the Lagos - Ibadan highway, and managed by a competent real-estate company. The estate is covered by Global C of O, and boasts some remarkable civic amenities/infrastructure (see photos) already in place.
