Owing to the estate's proximity to the Asejire Dam, we were instructed to elevate the foundation to 2.25 meters, which we are presently undertaking. A total of 10 courses

We are done with the foundation block setting today, commence the foundation column form work immediately. The total foundation height is 1.675m. 1m in the soil, 0.675m above the ground level.

We will do the column casting tomorrow.

As stated we used 100mm as the pad footing for the foundation.
And we maintain 1:2:4 mixing ratio for our concrete work.

We stated the foundation block laying yesterday and we are moving gradually.

We have commence the installation of foundation column reinforcement

The project final goal

It's a sandy land and the foundation depth designed by the estate engineer was 1.4m, but considering the slope of the land and the heavy flow of drainage facing the land, we will raise it above that.

According to the BOQ prepared and agreed on the substructure (which consist of foundation, filling and DPC) #14.2m

In a situation like this I will suggest you screed the wall in other to get a smooth surface before applying satin paint
