What I’m building is a private, closed loop financial system with clearly defined internal rules and boundaries. It’s not a public bank, not a payment platform, and certainly not a substitute for any regulatory institution.

There will be no public deposits, no currency issuance, and no sovereign functions of any kind. It’s an entirely different model, not the traditional development bank most people are familiar with.

I have to be careful not to share too much at this stage, as the concept is both original and deeply personal. This project means a lot to me. It’s something I’ve dedicated years of thought and vision to.

Also, do you and your team meet the 30 years of working in the Banking sector. Think of it like a local LAN network set up for private communication within a home, compared to a nationwide telecommunications company like Glo. Both achieve communication, but one does it privately and securely within its own ecosystem.

That’s the same approach we’re taking. Our transactions and operations happen within a closed, internal system, where we are our own customers, and all exchanges take place internally. Because of this, there’s no need for the traditional licensing or capitalization process. Everything remains internal, structured, documented, and completely legal.
