I ve tried downgrading from lollipop to no avail, download almost six times from different site when flashing doob as i insert usb cable i see a RED full bar 100% and after two second Brom fail
Pls if you back up your hot note 16+ 1g and perhaps uploaded it please share me a link or possibly a link to the right and functional kitkat stock ROM to download

Look for modem.zip for your phone, flash via recovery it should solve the problem

No I didn't tweak it however you can maximize it's efficiency by using simple server
