Good day,

please I want to make an enquiry on the issue of Birth certificate.

I was born 09, March 1992

I have a birth certificate from national population commission and affidavit*

The Problem I have now is that my father only have national identity card (nin) and voters card but they does not have any signature on them.

Please is their any other document I can attach to my father I'd card since both his voters card and national identity number dose not have signature on them.
