After using four mails and getting the same result which is Access Denied, I finally went to Cafe. I had to create another mail for the new registration. What the guy did was to type my NIN in the space box for Driver's licence, filled the rest of the details and submit. Then in the next stage which is to re enter all the details, he deleted the NIN he imputed in the Drivers licence box and added my NIN to the NIN space box. That was how we were able to go past the Access Denied issues o. Now I have successfully completed the registration.

The server already has that IP address, so it would keep detecting same thing.

I have used 3 different mails and I followed these your steps. It's still the same result of Access Denied. I'm tired.

Get a new email and register again. U went straight to application login,then register!!

Get a new mail, select the position u want and u will see where it says submit application.
Fill it! When u get to ur name,put an alphabet at the front to differentiate it eg Bolande(e).
When u submit u will be sent a mail. Login with ur email n password.
Note don't forget to change ur name to d correct one, when u login and Start filling d form

It's not working for me. It's telling me I have a pending application
