Got a car, mini cooper 2015, and want to clear it, was given two options from clearing agent of standard payment or sort payment and pay less in clearance, instead of 1.5m standard payment, we under-value the car and we can pay 1.2m for clearance (Also the car was gotten at a low-value cost)

So wish to ask, is the sort payment option an ok option, and will it cause any issue with customs later on?

Have a mini cooper car of 2002, but been having a issues for weeks, when ever i drive it, for like 15min, after that, it sound to make some funny sound, and after every 3min or 5min, the car will stop to work, and this keep happening
