Good evening elegant mamas in the house,

Please, I need your help. I've been trying to conceive for the past 4 - 5 months now. But, nothing yet. I use to take salt water as contraceptive before we got married ( I and Hubby), I have stopped taking it and wants to conceive, but it not coming. Is there anything I can do or take to enhance my fertility??

Please, there is a growth in my anus, which has been there for the past 7- 8 days. I've taken ampiclox, but, it's not going down. It sometimes pains me.
Please, how can I get it treated.
