TravelRe: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 3 by MrMercy:
Good day everyone.
Firstly i want to appreciate everyone here for their informed and timely contributions towards the tier 4 application.

I want to give out some piece of advise to those yet to apply or have already applied.
1. Please be sure you really want to study in the Uk. not just going for fun or sight seeing or even work. There's no point going through soo much stress just to go and underperform academically.
2. Read and read and read. Prepare and prepare and prepare. Check for contents that would make you able to be well prepared for the interview and the whole process. I watched youtube videos, downloaded materials etc.
3. While applying be careful. My experience opened my eye. For those using agent, don't be careless to leave everything for the agent. While appying i remembered that my agent scanned my documents to upload them. Then before my agent pressed the upload button, my spirit ministered to me to tell her to cross check...lo and behold she had mixed up the whole thing...infact no bank statement, rough scanned paper was showing... hmmn it could have led to a big disaster. So please be there and vigilant as your agent fills the form and upload documents.
4. When you go for the interview be calm. I wrote down ny keypoints on a small piece of paper and was going through them from time to time while at the interview premises. Be calm, composed and very confident. I made some mistakes i know but your confidence can cover it up. It didnt take more than 5 minutes.
They asked me:
Why the course
Why the school
Why the UK
My future plan.
5. Above all...be prayerful. This is a destiny something. I mean this opportunity, if maximized well, will take you to your canan land. I prayed and prayed.

Here's my timeline:
Priority Visa
Applied 16th Dec 2019
Biometrics/interview 19th Dec 2019
Confirmation mail 20th Dec 2019.
Collection mail 9th Jan 2020

Visa gotten 10th Jan 2020. But stamped 8th Jan 2020.
The God who did this for me will do it for you all in Jesus name. Amen.
