@ all, Elo huz, plz i need help here, i really want 2 apply 4 an addmission in Germany in two, three more school's but my problem is dis, i'v an HND in Elect/Elect Eng, i dnt kw which program 2 apply 4, PGD or an Undergraduat program related 2 my field of study, cos i notice most of us here apply wit dere Bsc, Beng for Master program.
The other is dis, i observe dat b4 sum1 can apply in sum of dis sch, dis requirment(TOELF, GRA, IELTS) meight be needed, not all d school's though cos 4 now i'v either of any of dis English certification.In dis thread i came across sum gud testimonies hw most guz got there addmission wit- out those english certification, plz i jst wnt 2 start up my application 4 summer semester but dnt kw hw 2 comOver dis prblm.thanks

aroyem4u: Yes you can go for your interview without the money being in your blocked account yet but you need to have filled and submitted the blocked account opening form. The way I did mine was that I first opened the account, the embassy will give u a slip to prove that u have submitted the form, then I went for my interview. After a few weeks, I got the account number and then I payed into it. It took sometime before I even made payment sef but exactly the day I told the embassy I have made payment, they gave me my visa

After u meight hv paid dis money into ur block account, on getting into Jermany after 2weeks or so can some one wildraw d whole money back.thanks

@ all, i salut u guz, plz do help me on dis, vertually all d school's i'v searched, 4 an undergraduate or PGD programm concenin Engineering & applied Science related courses like Elecct/Elect Eng, Infotech, computer Science e.t.c, they are mostly tault in German not in English.those courses in most school's one can only apply 4 is durin d winter semester's & lecture's are tault in German language except Hamburg University dat has adimission 4 infotech, tault in English which i can b able 2 apply 4 summer semester.plz i need more sch that i can apply for summer semester, lecture's tault in English & does course related to engineerin.Tnx

Tnx man, but i read through dis same NL forum on school in Jermany dat most sch in Jermany dnt accept TOEFL and b4 u apply 4 visa u must hv a block account of 8000€(#1.6m), dis i kw 4now.

@Starflux, i see u hv more hint on school in Norway wat abt Germany, plz can u help me out wit sum important infor on hw 2 go abt d admission procedure in Germany, cos i heard most schools in Germany dnt accept TOEFL.Germany and Noway are d two countries in my mind, help in both,tnx

They are both easy, with their different conditions, you just go through the schools online. basically most schools in Norway doesnt ask for TOEFL from Nigerians for master but you may need about 3Million naira for the Fund transfer while Germany requires TOEFL and GRE but the fund is about 2M read other conditions as you surf the internet

olasco123: Hi guys, this platform has been very informative to me, especially at this very moment of my decision making. i previously made an attempt to escape from the uncertainty of this country some time ago, though i had a good job but for fear of unknown decided to move to North America without having access to this kind of platform where I can get cheap and valuable information . I moved back to 9ja after 2 years when things didn't work out especially because i never wanted to continue living in a foreign land illegally since my primary motive was the future of my Kids. Now with my little experience I discovered that one of the smarted way to go, work and eventually settle abroad with your family is through education. I have searched and made several findings on the most cost effective way of getting admitted and schooling abroad taking cognizance of flexibility of admission requirement, School fees, job opportunity while studying and most importantly What-Next-After-study (Permanent Residence).

Having gone through all threads and school sites i have narrowed down my search on Norway and Germany. both countries offer free tuition and the fund you are required to transfer is still your money and it at least keeps you secured till you hold your grounds. though both has their hiccups. I am therefore hoping to start applying for schools in both countries immediately the platform opens.
