We all should be very careful here. Open your eye and see through. We pray God should give us discernment into his words. There are women trousers and there are men trousers by the way they are sewn. The woman body and man body are not same. First difference you will notice in trousers is the direction of zip for a woman trouser. The tradition clothes for Africans are wrapper based for both male and female. The English people that thought or brought Christianity don't use wrappers. The women use gown, shirt and ladies trousers. Even the jean is tailored differently for man and female. You will notice that in Niger delta area, men of God dress in their native attires for special occasions ( the male dress on top and the wrapper down) Are they now sinner. It's only God that has the right to judge anyway. Let's just be careful.
