Someone Please help me, Anytime i tried to input the Unlocking code to my Etizalat model, The OK botton is not active, I noticed that it is active if a 16 digit number is Entered and the Unlocking code is just 8 Digit number (86783783) . Please somebody help me, Is there additional code i will add with the Unlocking Code?

After getting this information, I inserted an MTN Sim into the Modem and i got a Pop up that asked me to Insert the Unlock Code. to my Surprise, I input the Unlock Code and the 'OK' Button is not active, I pressed 'ENTER' It was same thing, Please is there any additional Number i need to add to the Unlocking Code before the OK Button will be Active. Please your Advise is Urgently Needed
