I can't really place if I ate something that triggered it but h pylori is negative. Im suspecting mine is caused by stress and NSAIDs

I was diagnosed of gastritis five days ago, Dr gave me esomeprazole 40mg to be taken once a day. I'm on it for 5: days now but no improvement till now. I have been on a bland diet and watching what I eat. Can I take the unripe plantain therapy in combination with the esomeprazole or its too early for that? I need a reply ASAP because I'm thinking of getting the plantains today. Thanks and God bless anyone that would reply me.

The young shall grow. I'm currently in hospital. My son climbed dining table this morning and fell on his head. As we picked him him up, expecting his cry, instead he fell silent and went into seizure and stopped breathing like a boxer about to die in the ring. The fear wey catch me. We gave him CPR and called ambulance. Luckily he caught his wind and regained consciousness after 3 or 4 minutes. After 2 or 3 hours in hospital he was back to his normal self and CT scan cleared him of brain bleed. We will be discharged soon. This made me reflect on the innocents whose lives became punchlines here a few days ago. It is completely unacceptable, and also unacceptable to accuse a father of molesting his children. Nothing scares in life more than losing children, and nothing offends a father more than being accused of being improper with his children, or mocking the death of children.

Thanks to God he is okay now.

Thats just it. it's Lampard fault for overachieving with the team.

The blame isn't on Lampard. he has literally done everything he can. change formation, change goalkeeper, change defenders. the team isn't just good enough plus injuries to our attacking players haven't made things easy.

Kante in that midfield this season hasn't been a blessing. I love the Jorginho-kovacic partnership more.
