Advantages of re spraying your vehicles with us
*All vehicles are sprayed in our ultra modern spray booth which guarantees that excess paint does not settle on the car as it is sucked out through a vacuum thereby ensuring a smoother finish *Our spray gun is of the highest quality in the market and it delivers a very fine spray that enhances a perfect finish *We use only the best quality materials, same as used by leading car manufacturers. Our paint Jobs would still be glimmering for years if the right car wash liquids are used in washing it. *Our artisans are highly skilled/ meticulous and all our Jobs are constantly scrutinised to ensure that we take care of the smallest detail leaving your car looking as good as new. *Upon completion of spraying, all vehicles are oven baked to ensure an even and controlled drying process. The oven baking also strengthens the protective coat(laquer) which makes the paint job more resistant to scratches and ensures your paint job lasts longer.

Car Talk › Re: Please How Much Does It Cost To Change The Bumper Of A Highlander? by MrPristine: 2:58pm On Sep 18, 2015 |
AllNaijaBlogger: I'm talking about a 2008 toyota highlander.
I want to change my front bumper as my cousin had an accident with it and scratched it severely.
How much should it cost? I was given a ridiculous price by someone who imports Toyota parts. Please help. A brand new bumper for your car costs #17,000 whilst the tokunbo costs anything btw #22,000 and #25,000 depending on how clean it is. The new ones are cheaper than tokunbo ones because the tokunbo is perceived to be of higher quality. The fear is that paint peels off the tokunbo bumper after a while. But this is not always the case is the bumper is properly prepared and sprayed with the right perstoplex primer before painting. |

Low bake ovens are specially designed to create a stable and dust free atmosphere for car spraying. They are highly filtered to protect the environment from harmful paint gases and also to provide the painter with dust free conditions to paint cars in. |

sirgusto: Hello bro, when you wrap, you still retain your original factory applied color; {you can switch colors without sanding your car body} It will only make sense to use it if your car's body does not have any dents or contours, if it does you will still need to do bodywork on the car before applying the wrap. Another problem with wrap is that when you eventually decide to remove it the gum on it leaves a permanent stain on the body of the car and if you have scratches and dents whilst the wrap is on, it sticks out like a sore thumb. |

Bossforeva: which makes more sense sir? In the western world people go for the sticker wrap because it's cheaper (£300) as opposed to spraying which would cost over £1,000. But here due to the fact that labour is cheap, it's far cheaper to spray in Nigeria. |

Bossforeva: any diff btw the sprayed and the wrapped? Yes there is, the wrapped is actually just a sticker that covers the whole surface area of the car whilst the sprayed is a paint Job. |

Car Talk › Re: My Mercedes Takes too Long To Get Warm in The Morning by MrPristine(op): 5:26pm On Sep 06, 2015 |
cardoctor: If your thermostat is still in place, then the only other possible reason my be that when you had the overheating issue, your mechanic/ electrician wired your radiator and aircon fans to work continuously bypassing the thermo switch. Its a common practice here in naija.
Is that the case?
If that's the case, then you have your car engine cooling immediately on start up thereby slowing down engine warm up time.
Car-doctor Thanx for this, yes the fan is wired to work continuously but the problem is recent compared to the length of time it has been wired directly. |
Car Talk › Re: My Mercedes Takes too Long To Get Warm in The Morning by MrPristine(op): 4:14pm On Sep 04, 2015 |
Denn: I still maintain my question. How do you determine when the engine is warm?
When the possible misfire stops? When the stuck throttle fully opens? When the RPM drops? When it no longer burns too rich? When the carbon on the plugs burn off per chance? When you hit that next pot hole and the loose spark plug wire adjusts?
Etc
You might think it is just the engine getting warm slowly, but we need to be sure The engine warms up about five to ten minutes after starting the engine, that's when the misfiring stops. |

Car Talk › Re: My Mercedes Takes too Long To Get Warm in The Morning by MrPristine(op): 2:12pm On Sep 04, 2015 |
Denn: How do you know the engine is not warm?
Did you use a thermometer, possibly the one on a scanner? What values are you comparing it with?
Or are you judging by the engine 'sound' ?
If by sound, it could mean a lot of things apart from temperature. It only happens when the engine is still cool na, as in when i start the car first thing in the morning. After driving it a bit it becomes warm and the the drive becomes smooth. |

oweniwe: ^^ Are u sure d thermostat is still there? Cos Kazeem fit no replace am... you dey think say e dey inside.
But it's really there, hmmm... maybe it wasn't properly installed. Thermostat is definitely there as it was changed in my presence. However as i said the problem started before i changed the thermostat and i changed it for an entirely different reason. |
