Me 2 I don't have atm for my gt, i only use ussd code but, since then, the ussd code did not work and I transferred some money from payoneer to my gtbank, and I still don't know if the money have entered or not. I did email them but they said i should wait till 24th October 11 o'clock etc... And that's today, still nothing though.

If you are doing a Job that isn't fetching you something little everyday, then there's a problem, considering the present State of the economy. It is even much worse when the salary at the end of the month is as meagre, minute, microscopic and tiny as the mustard seed. Before month end, you would have amassed lots and lots of debt.

When u eventually get paid, you have to go settle these debts and end up broke. The cycle continues I'm that fashion. In fact,many traders find it difficult to give u items on credit when they know u are just a private sch teacher cos they know your salary is peanut.

People even tend to disrespect and talk down on you, when then know u as a teacher. Like it's a course been a teacher right now. I can't believe that after all my years in sch, I would come out to teach and get paid less than 40k from which I will pay my rent,feed and cloth. How do I save? Then you're the first born without parents. I want to advice young guys to desist from staying too long on the teaching job cos it's like wasting your youthful age. The system is really bad.

I'm on my way trecking back home. I left the house since 6am this morning. I had six period of teaching mathematics today and have to mark notes every blessed day and also give assignment.

My transport cost is 500 daily. I'm really frustrated. As I get home, there's no food to eat and salary hasn't been paid yet till 2nd of next month

If they attended to you at the branch it means they have booked your complaint and will definitely resolve it.

That was the same way I resolved my own issue I went to the branch on Ikosi Road to lay a report; right there and then the lady who attended to me escalated it and told me it would be resolved within 3 working days and within the 3 working days the issue was resolved and my money was returned to my account.

You just need to have a little patience

Good evening Fam, on the 1st dis month something terrible happened to me though it was a general stuff as they said. All my funds were hanged on my GTBANK account after i made a transaction which later turn out to be unsuccessful after then i have try every means to report to them. But sadly its been 23days now. No reversal, nothing nothing. The reason behind this thread is that, I honestly need help. I know the situation today is not funny honestly speaking, but please for God sake. If there is any brother here who can help me for God sake. I am a private school teacher (primary 5) precisely and my class ar3 havung 2nd CA so far. Financially i am totally down due to an incident that happened to me with GTB, As a result all my funds are hanged and am left with nothing as i am speaking. PLEASE can any brother assist me and borrow me 2000 naira. Till next week wednesday? I promise i wil return it. I have to go to work tomorrow, as i said earlier i am a teacher, as am talking i cant evencover for my TP tomorrow. This is very important to me. Cox the 2000 will cover alot for me atleast before the month ends

Forget that phone call thing, if you want a quick resolution of the issues you have you need to go physically to a branch.

I had the same issue, I transferred 500K from my account in GTBank to my account in another bank, The transaction receipt showed "Successful" but the money never go to the other bank (This was also confirmed by my account officer in the other bank after I called him to complain).

The matter was eventually resolved within 3 days after I went to a GTBank branch to lodge a complaint. When you want to go choose a branch that does not have a high customer traffic eg the branch on Oregun Road or the one on Ikosi Street beside Daystar Church so that you will not spend too much time on the queue.

You don't need to go to these branches I mentioned if you do not live within Ikeja axis, just check within your locality and choose a branch that is in located in a relatively isolated area so there won't be too many customers there when you go. Avoid any branch that is located in a market or close to a major bus stop otherwise you go sleep for that place

Stop wasting time visiting the bank whenever you have an issue. Always contact their headquarters via email or give them a call, and they will resolve your issue quickly. For GTBank, reach out to them at gtbankmailsupport@gtbank.com and explain the issue with your account. They typically respond within 24 hours with a solution

GT made it public that they are undergoing a massive reconstruction amd readjustment. Whatever that means.

They have tons of mails unattended coz its overwhelming
