Hi, I got a conditional admission for a masters program at the University of Regina and have been asked to submit my University degree certificate, I am not very certain what to do cos I know that I cannot give them the original copy. I had sent them a copy via mail but they rejected it . Any pointers anyone?

I am trying to apply for a visit visa to Canada for self and my kids online and I am kinda stuck. After opening an online account for self and uploading all documents (not submitted though), I am unable to figure out where and how to upload/include my kids IMM forms and documents.

Am I required to open another account for them? If yes, how do I tie the application together?

Could someone please advise? Tnx.
