RomanceRe: What Is The Essence Of Dating? by MrSim(m): 11:37am On Dec 10, 2012
striktlymi: Good evening,
The word "dating" has really been abused by a lot of persons in recent times. So many really do not know what it means to date. Some persons believe that dating is an avenue to have sex, while some others believe that dating has to do with being with someone you love. These are very wrong notions about dating. Though the second notion I mentioned is good but really does not tell us what dating is about.

I believe at this juncture an attempt at a definition is in order. I see dating as a platform where two consenting adults go out socially in order to decipher if both of them are compatible enough to start up a relationship while having marriage in view.

By the above we could readily see that dating does not imply that someone has already started a relationship with the other person and it certainly does not imply sex. We can also see that it is very possible to have a date with someone we are not yet in love with. From the above definition, dating is part of the series of events that takes place before someone agrees to start a relationship with another.

It is very important to know that, dating actually affords us the opprtunity, of getting to answer some of the questions we might want answered before we start anything. Questions bothering on genotype, religious views, sex etc should come up here cause it would be useless to say yes to someone only to break up tomorrow because of some of these unanswered questions.

In a nutshell I believe dating is needed cause it helps one verify his orr her compatibility with the person he or she is considering for a relationship.

Thank you!
Well spoken sir. Keep it up.

PhonesRe: Tips To Maintain Mobile Phones by MrSim(m): 10:28am On Dec 08, 2012
That was a good one. [/i]
Maxkdave: Taking care of your cell phone will help to ensure it a long and productive life. These are some of the tips to help you maintain and get the best out of your mobile phone. All these tips also expect you to maintain the battery, charger and other accessories.

1. Protect your handset with a screen guard and if possible with a plastic or a leather cover.

2. You can charge your battery anytime as against myths that you should first get it fully drained. This was when Nickel-Cadmium and Nickel-Metal Hydrate batteries were used. Only ensure that you use an original and genuine battery and charger or a compatible one. Be extra cautious with all the accessories whether they are genuine or not as an incompatible one can damage your phone permanently.

3. Always enable the PIN number on your SIM Card and phone lock i.e security code on your phone to prevent unauthorized use.

4. Always handle your cell phone with care. Rough treatment may damage the circuit board inside, so avoid dropping or unnecessarily shaking your phone.

5. To clean your cell phone just wipe it with a soft cloth. If need arises, you can use a mild detergent to clean the caver.
But see to it that the detergent does not get into the phone through the holes.

6. Always keep your phone in a cool, dry place and avoid high temperature areas. Be extra cautious to protect you phone during rain.

7. Also keep your phone out of reach of your children. Your data may be more important than your handset.

8. Always switch off your bluetooth when not in use.

9. Always switch off your 3G/UMT network when not in use because it drains battery faster.

10. Always make sure you have enough memory on your phone and Memory Card to prevent your phone from seizing or been slow to operate.
