There is a bore-hole and suckaway sunk on-site and the building is sitting on a 2 plots of land right in the heart of Ekiti State University.

Hahahaha lol. It's not a completed building , that is why we are selling it for 6 million. And it is located in Satelite Phase 2. It's in the middle of completed and occupied hostels.I will post the pictures on here tomorrow.
