Hello mamas in the house, have have been having contraction that comes 10min apart since 4pm.. when I check ma pant Liner I saw a brownish stain on it. I'm 39 weeks already...should I proceed to the clinic already or still hold on. I'm a FTM

Mamas ooh I went for a scan today and the sonographer told me that amnotic fluid has reduced and ma Edd change from 17th to 22nd is there anything to worry about...I'm team april...mamas help ooh

Those menstrual cramps could actually be contractions.
Try to take walks but don't overexert yourself.
I hope your bags are packed.
Also time how often the cramps reoccur and for how long they last. Once they are 10 minutes apart, please head to the hospital.
If you can bear it, go to the hospital tomorrow to get checked. Not everyone has regular contractions.

it went well sis, the doc asked me to drink lots of water and then prescribe a drug for me which I took in the morning, ever since then hav not visited d toilet. God bless u

Congrats mama! It has ended in praise.

It’s your body getting ready for labour. I experienced this with both pregnancies and it lasted for a few wks till I gave birth. As long as it’s not diarrhea like stools. Just see your Dr to put your mind at ease.

I read some where it may be early sign of labour (God forbid)... please go get check today. Our ANC registration covers emergencies oh, don't wait till appointment... was told to come anytime am not comfortable.
