An account belonging to Obadeyi Afolakemi was blocked by Bet9ja on the basis that they want to Verify and asked her to send Either Voters card, Drivers license, International Passport or National ID Card along with the proof of deposit to her bet9ja account.
She sent Voter's Card and the proof of deposit as requested, Instead of bet9ja to open her account, they didn't rather they asked her to send another ID apart from the Voter's Card.
She sent her NIMC consisting of NIN number, but till now they account has not been opened. Bet9ja is asking her to send another ID again and she has no other ID. What can she do so that her account will be opened and she can access her funds.
