Gone are the days when having a baby for a man you aren't married to or who isn't interested in marrying you was considered shameful.

It is appalling that some of these baby daddies are already married to some women out there.

The craziest part of the whole thing is that some of these Slay queens even go as far as begging the men to have their babies.

Back to the story at hand, two Nigerian Slay Queens, identity currently unknown, have taken to their social media page to announce the coming of their babies for the same baby daddy.

One of the slay queens gushed over the fact that she and her best friend would become babymamas for the same man and it would strengthen their bond.

She went further to reveal that had it been the other rival wasn't her best friend, she would have fought tooth and nails.

3 Months After An Elaborate Wedding, Dangote Daughter's Marriage Hits Crisis As Husband Allegedly Impregnates ‘Mystery Lady’ (Photos and Details)
.
.

Just barely three months after the elaborate wedding of Fatima Dangote , the daughter of Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote to the pilot son of former Inspector General (IG) of Police, MD Abubakar, Jamil Abubakar, the marriage is already on the verge of collapsing.

Jamil Abubakar has been hit with a baby mama scandal from a mystery lady identified as Irene Chiamaka Nwachukwu.

The Nigerian lady pictured above identified as Irene Chiamaka Nwachukwu who goes by the name @goddess_Irene on Instagram has accused Abubakar Jamil, husband of Fatima Dangote, daughter of Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, of putting her in the family way. Which allegedly makes Jamil a cheating man who was hoping not to get caught.

In an Instagram post, 22-year-old graduate of Mass Communiucations Irene Chiamaka Nwachukwu said Jamil is the father of her 7-week-old son, adding that he’s trying to silence her because he wants nothing to do with her or the baby.

She also said Jamil never mentioned to her that he was involved with someone else when they got intimate that she only found out he was getting married to Dangote’s daughter after she was already 8 months pregnant with his baby.

Now, she’s claiming that Jamil wants to keep her quiet after the baby was born and came out looking like him. She says he wants nothing to do with her and the baby and wants to pay her off so she can leave the country with the baby and never contact him again. But their lawyers have not been able to come to an agreement and she’s scared she and her baby might be in danger.

she wrote;

“I fear for my safety and that of my baby because this whole situation is becoming too messy and overwhelming,”Let it be known to the general public that should anything bad happen to I or the baby, this man is responsible!!!”.

What is Ginger?

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a flowering plant whose rhizome, ginger root or simply ginger, is widely used as a spice or a folk medicine.

Ginger has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional/alternative medicine. It has been used to help digestion, reduce nausea and help fight the flu and common cold, to name a few.

The unique fragrance and flavor of ginger come from its natural oils, the most important of which is gingerol.

Gingerol is the main bioactive compound in ginger, responsible for much of its medicinal properties. It has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

Here are five outstanding benefits of ginger to your body;

Ginger Contains a Substance That May Help Prevent Cancer

Cancer is a very serious disease that is characterized by uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells.

Ginger extract has been studied as an alternative treatment for several forms of cancer.

The anti-cancer properties are attributed to 6-gingerol, a substance that is found in large amounts in raw ginger.

In a study of 30 individuals, 2 grams of ginger extract per day significantly reduced pro-inflammatory signalling molecules in the colon.

However, a follow-up study in individuals at a high risk of colon cancer did not confirm these findings.

There is some, albeit limited, evidence that ginger may be effective against pancreatic cancer, breast cancer and ovarian cancer. More research is needed.

In Conclusion:
Ginger contains a substance called 6-gingerol, which may have protective effects against cancer. However, this needs to be studied a lot more.

Ginger Can Help Treat Chronic Indigestion

Chronic indigestion (dyspepsia) is characterized by recurrent pain and discomfort in the upper part of the stomach.

It is believed that delayed emptying of the stomach is a major driver of indigestion.

Interestingly, ginger has been shown to speed up emptying of the stomach in people with this condition.

After eating soup, ginger reduced the time it took for the stomach to empty from 16 to 12 minutes.

In a study of 24 healthy individuals, 1.2 grams of ginger powder before a meal accelerated emptying of the stomach by 50%.

In Conclusion:
Ginger appears to speed up emptying of the stomach, which can be beneficial for people with indigestion and related stomach discomfort.

Ginger Powder Reduces Menstrual Pain

Menstrual pain or dysmenorrhea is the pain felt during a woman’s menstrual cycle. Ginger has been traditionally used to relieve all kinds of pain, including menstrual pain. More recently, research took the claim to test by taking 150 women to take a gram of ginger powder per day, during the first three days of the cycle. Due to ibuprofen and mefenamic acid (components found in ginger), the women reported reduced pain during the cycle.

In Conclusion:
Ginger appears to be very effective against...................... continue @....
