Are you already on d Coq10 or would be starting it in four days time as well? Whatever the case dear, just be positive. The truth is you still have age on your side. Sometimes, its about the egg quality and not quantity. Your eggs may be few but could be of good quality because of your age.

Since you're already booked to start, make the best of it. Go through the thread to see what people eat n do to boost their chances once d cycle has started.

Thanks for the response, let me add that my protocol is is already set to commence within the next 4 days. Do you think I would have a sub optimal result (egg quality and quantity) if I go ahead right now?

I completely understand the emotional aspect of the process. By God's grace you will be fine.
It is best for you to be on COQ10 (600mg),vitamin d (2000 ius)and prenatals(that has folic acid of at least 800mg)for 3 months. These are supplements you can take to boost your egg quality and you do not need prescription for them. Pls note that I am not a doctor so if you feel uncomfortable taking the medications, you can talk to your doctor about them.

Hello Ladies, I’ll like to share my process and hopefully trade thoughts around my protocol. I’ll be cycling with Bridge Clinic.

30yrs old with borderline AMH (1.15) and FSH (8.0), total antral follicle during physical exam (9). Doctor says I have an indication of low ovarian reserve so I’ve been put on the long protocol (Buserelin followed by Gonal F) together with CoQ and folic acid

Please ladies, I’ll appreciate thoughts and recommendations on natural things to do to help this process while using the prescribed medication. This is my first cycle and I’ll like to do everything I can to increase my chances.

Haven’t even begun and my emotional stress level is already off the charts.

Please can you shed more light on Bridge. I visited Nordica and Bridge in Victoria Island and decided to go with Bridge based on the ambience and professionalism shown. I’ll appreciate any information that can be shared about Bridge Clinic in Victoria Island, although my mind just feels comfortable based on my interaction with Dr Ayo and how he was able to address all my questions.
