@Udoka, Stretching of uterus ke, that one na very fat lie. We must win ooo, The era of failure and pains is over, its our time to celebrate. We must carry our bundles of Joy. Planning to stay out of drugs this cycle aside my folic acid and using pre-seed lubricant no drug will go into my system this month. My cycle length reduced from 35 to 31 days which used to be my normal cycle length even from secondary school days. It was extended about 3 or 4 months back when I used clomid. @ Udoka what have you used for the low progesterone, wants something natural. God bless y'all. |
@ Champs, like Udoka rightly said, the Good news is that both of you are fertile. Sometimes I just feel things like this happen for God clear our doubts about our health issue, someone would say why then would God allow the pregnancy go. THAT IS WHY HE IS GOD AND HE KNOWS BEST. I have experienced same that after 3 to 5 days it goes away. Whenever I get worried about it DH would always say at least its proven that we are fertile. @Udoka I don't know if my symptoms is same with yours but I had noticed a very sharp pain in my lower abdomen which lasted for about 10mins and went away. I immediately went for scan and I was told nothing. and about 5days later AF showed up, though I wasn't late. Also last cycle I noticed dull pain in my lower abdomen, I felt the pain for about 3 days and it left. I remember that 2 weeks before the last pregnancy which was miscarried after 4months was confirmed, I had same pain, I called my doc. and a date was schedule, before that day the pain had stopped, he said maybe I was pregnant and I told him It was only 2 weeks after my period and pregnancy was ruled out. But 2 weeks later when I feel ill, I POAS and got a BFP. He was shocked when I told him. Though its late now, but if I was part of this forum, I know i wouldn't have lost that pregnancy. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, long sermon . @ CHAMPS please be happy, like my mum told me there are some women who had gone through same process after losing 1 month pregnancy they were no more. they died in the process. Thank God that you are alive and you will not cast your young one any longer. it is well with you, we will keep trying until we win. @all sending loads of babydust your way. |
@Udoka congrats on your wedding anniversary. It is well. God remains God no matter what. He knows best. AF showed up last week currently on CD5. @ Champs hope your are doing fine. Sprinkling baby dust everywhere. |

PLEASE LETS TAKE IT EASY OOOOOOOOOO.We must win ooo Log for yesterday; Breakfast : Nil (group fasting) late Lunch: Banana Dinner: Rice and Avocado pear. Exercise : 50 jumping jack (It was not easy ooo) |
Rocksqueen, I dey ooo, just that I got home very late yesterday. I quite agree with what Udoka said, So maybe we will complete the jumping jack today while my own will be for tomorrow(just a suggestion subject to criticism) The exercise will be for 30mins to 45mins depends on how your strength can go. Jogging on the spot, after a count of 100, you rest for 30secs (during which you will just be marchin) after then count another 100, then take the 30secs rest while marching. Stop after 30 or 45mins. At the end of that, lie flat on the floor and begin to meditate concerning your BFP, see yourself being pregnant, see urself having a cute baby, holding and kissing your baby. This is to help you relax your nerves. This can be repeated in the evening before we go to bed. God bless y'all, I will log in my meals later today. Our efforts will never be in vain. NB, pls be careful, not to be too hard on yourself while exercising. We will NEVER loose |
lol @ Rocks queen, I eat the vegetable after the meal ooo , I no mix am put for the pap. ![]() |
