And, Nigerians upheld the constitutional right to live in any part of the country --Source. South African blacks are restricted from living in many parts of the country and the white are forbidden to live in Townships. SA is the most segregated country in Africa and it claims to be democratic.

The vote rigging is one loophole in democracy. It even happened one time in the USA - we saw that during Gorge W. Bush election when Florida black vote didn't count. Bringing Obasanjo election issue to judge the vote democracy in Nigeria is unacceptable as he is no longer in the position of government for years. That is in the past. I never said Nigeria democracy is perfect but it is on equal-footing with SA. There is no way white can rule in SA again due to undemocratic nature of the people and the Apartheid regime of the past. So, SA has some form of undemocratic malpractices.

On the final note. Nigeria is more democratic than SA when it come to immigrants exercising their rights. Foreigners are respected in Nigeria unlike in SA where the citizens go about attacking them on the streets without any government intervention to stop it. It is clear there are areas where Nigeria is more democratic than SA.

The constitution of SA says poor citizen have right to free housing and acess to clean water, therefore our government is fulfilling that.
