You can have outdoor swimming pools, great school, proper hospitals, good roads, shopping centers, restaurant and bars all at a walking distance from you.

Most wealthy individuals will generally prefer the places that will give them visual and acoustic privacy away from the city noise and pollution...they will prefer more natural and greener spaces for nature trails, horse riding outdoor swimming pools etc.
