Government irresponsibility is the reason our revenue is low, From federal to local govt, very irresponsible and useless people in goverment. oil theft and vandalism in the south south with little or nothing done to stop it, solid mineral theft in south west south east and entire north with little or nothing done about it. i think it is safe to say that people in government has hand in this. in my own opinion i think all states should manage there resources and revenue, that will make all our useless governors seat up.

this could be caused by settlement in foundation, something somewhere under ur foundation could have caused the foundation to settle, it could be decayed tree root, water pass tru the foundation, termites etc. something else could also have caused it, so get an experienced engineer or builder to help check thoroughly

This is why we are not making progress in nigeria. This man raised a valid question, but we are ethnicities it. What is the governor doing with more than 40bn plus IGR of around 10bn every month? A recent report put delta state amongst the states that have reduced their wage bill over the past one year.
This is so much money that can change the state. Someone needs to call him out. There's nothing in delta state to show for this huge money. We get the biggest allocation yet we are just mediocre, states with smaller allocations are doing more. Other states have announced 80k+ minimum wage but our governor dey there dey do face like rain when wan fall.
