So we bought a land from the govt and developed it to window level because there was no road or light at that time. a few yrs later a lawyer calls us saying his client mistakenly built on the land after some omonile "tricked" him. On getting there, he has built a mansion on our land and is asking for negotiations. What do you do, where do you even start?

What do you do when you gought land from the fed govt and have a valid c/o and a few yrs later some built a a big building on it claiming omonile sold it to him.
