IT'S obvious alot of you guys calling uber names are either novice or just don't wanna use your head, my advice for you all is that you always read terms and conditions of something before making use of it. Uber is just an app that connects you to a ride in which both you and the driver are independent i.e so if you want to blame uber on this then you must blame your bank for there app too. And for uber late response I think they been very careful not to be scam by the op and the driver. Because normal uber standard is that they refund you when you have been overcharged and what exactly does the op what uber to do because the driver is using the app just as the rider is using it. Is that uber should refund or call the police for you or block the guy or may be track him and tell you to go pick him up. UBER will definitely respond to you but before that treat this case as a fraud case between you and a fraudulent person. No need to give additional clue you have enough in the comments box

Though been using prepaid for the past 3 year. But my advise is that , you and other tenant in the bulding should write to them that they should close your accout and leave one person out and you all can been using that one line you left out and share the bill

it usually seem impossible what I have done it when I don't have a choice. I was with a cash of about 1m in my car and was coming out of a fast food with a friend and they approached us as we about to enter the car and ask us what was in the bag and I told them cash of 1m and they ask what I do and bla bla bla and I told them and they said they want to search the car and we do that at the station and I told them they should go forward whiLe am behind them and they said no that they will be in my car and I politely ask them that I have to search them if they must follow my car they said no and I told them I can't allow them in too and they called there boss and he allowed me to search them before we left my friend couldn't blv it but I had no choice

Most of the problem is the customers. They always want to pay cheap and get there work fàst. I kw a tailor that sow minimum of 10 and u get it in two days at most 4days. We should stop hating on our tailors when most times its our fault.
