Since Maryam Sanda got pardoned by the president, many including myself have been outraged and agitated.

It has gone beyond forgiveness whether by the family of the deceased or the president.

Rather, it's a matter of a NEGATIVE impression that has been set that a wife can khil her husband and get away with it she because of her children and the 'forgiveness' of her husband's family.

Many potential husband khillars out there can now feel emboldened to go all the way to khil their husbands directly or indirectly.

To remedy this conundrum, the government MUST carry out an ECSECUSHON of a female death-row inmate for similar crime and make the news public.

This will serve as a DETERRENT to propective husband khillars.

Potential murderers out there will realise Maryam Sanda was only lucky and they may never be.

These are steps government can take to stem the tide. They can make LAWS that:

1. Establish a state house-for-rent agency

2. Stop landlords from renting houses to individuals directly

3. Force every landlord to register their rentable apartments with the state house for rent agency

3. Agree on a reasonable house rent with the landlords

4. Encourage house seeker to approach the agency for available apartments

In summary, the government plays the role of House Agent and middleman between landlord and tenant.

If any landlord rents out his out directly to anyone, he is on his own
