Someone losing their father is one of the most difficult things they will have to go through. the bond between a father with his son or daughter is profound and strong. The loss of a father can bring about not only feelings of loss and grief, but also fear. We often view our fathers as protecting us and so that loss can affect our feelings of safety. overall though the strongest emotion will be grief. Trust me I've been there.

Remember Jesus on the cross? When carrying the sins of the world separated him from his father? Even Jesus felt that pain.

Death is sudden and it is a severe emotional burden on the bereaved. In times of mourning sometimes all you can offer the bereaved is sympathy. After all, the bible said we should accept him whose faith is weak. (Romans 14:1).

Yes, death is mostly from the devil. But Isaiah 57:1 says "the righteous perish and no one ponders it in his heart; devout men are taken away and no one understands That the righteous are taken away to be spared from evil.

Emmanystone we are family here. It wouldn't hurt to offer our sister some words of comfort and sympathy.

I didn't want to jump into conclusions and think that they are unnatural. that's why I took my time to study them. it's just their timing and coordination were so accurate and strange, for a month and half now. then my mind started thinking things.............

honestly, it's so relieving to know that it's natural for birds to be like that. maybe they just come to keep me company. I'll try giving them fancy names and even take their pictures.......


but if they suddenly turn into old witches and start flogging and chasing me, I will hold your advise responsible. (just kidding)

so, about having the holy spirit, I'm not really sure........... I don't think I have him yet. it's the main reason why I just ignore those birds. I read that carrying out any kind of spiritual warfare without the direction, help, and infiling of the holy spirit can be dangerous. so that's why I didn't really do anything......

so about territorial spirits, a teacher told me that they cannot be casted or chased out of the territory they take charge of, he said they can be stopped from operating, but they can't be casted out permanently. pls how true is this?

few weeks back, I mentioned something here about birds (pigeons to be exact) in my house. I decided to leave them alone and ignore them but deep down I was disturbed. I did not want to jump into conclusions, so I took my time to study them. here's what I gathered ;
they usually come in the evening around past six. one day it's 6:27 another day its 6:24 and it goes on like that everyday. then they leave in the early hours of the morning around past four. two stays on one window, one stays on the other, all three looking directly into my room. everything happens rinse and repeat till today.

i made some research and discovered that it is widely thought that spiritually, pigeons are good omen. it is thought that pigeons are messengers of light, and symbolizes divinity. but I'm not so sure................


i am really trying to be calm about this, but it's not very comforting always going to bed knowing that three birds are always watching. I've prayed about it, but it still really creeps me out.

segunojo866, I already said I won't try and force you and get into unnecessary arguments with you because that's all it's going to be, arguments upon arguments. your case is even more harder, because you said you were a Christian before and you even had gifts, but when you became an atheist it all stopped. honestly it takes only the special grace of God to make you rethink your ways.

I can only drop a piece of advice for you here and there, but that's it. because if you've gone through this thread from the first page to the current one, and the powerful testimonies of the great power of God doesn't shake you, like the apostle Paul said "when I came to you, I did not come with the excellence of speech, but in a demonstration of power that your faith will not be grounded on the wisdom of man, but in the power of God. so even if you lack faith in the word, you see living testimonies here that proves the power of the living God.
