Hello everyone,

I am currently conducting a research project on how applicants navigate the German visa application process. My focus is on the strategies, forms of knowledge, and everyday practices that applicants use to deal with uncertainties, bureaucratic requirements, and practical challenges during the visa procedure.
As part of this project, I am looking to speak with individuals in the visa process or organisations who have experience supporting applicants—such as private visa agencies, consultants, travel facilitators.

I am particularly interested in:

* insights into common challenges applicants face,
* strategies used to manage or overcome these challenges,
* the role of online information and social networks, and
* everyday experiences with consulates and documentation requirements

The interviews will be conducted in writing, treated confidentially, and used exclusively for academic purposes.
