There is nothing you can do about the network problem, that one is above you. When you leave that location to a place with more stable network, you will notice the difference.

if you haven't updated your device,please try and do so,xiaomi 4k mah battery isn't known to be poor,at times they match the so called 5k mah batteries,this issues is why they releases updates so that if there is any issue it can be fixed,since i started using my RN5 i have had no or less battery issue
