The system you connected it to last corrupted the drive, it happened to me sometimes this year. Use Checkdisk to repair the bad sectors then you use system administrator to assign admin privileges to the drive again before it would become accessable

RN8. Global Version available, more camera sensors(Ultrawide lens and Macro lens), debatable better design.

That's how Nokia number their models. The way your phone has a model name Redmi Note 7 and also have a model number as well that lets people know the region it was made for.

EG I use a Redmi Note 5 and my model number is MEE7S
