BLCO ON A CIF CONTRACT AT USD10 LESS 6 FOR ONE YEAR AND BELOW IS THE PROCEDURE

1. Seller and Buyer sign contract and deposit same signed electronic copies to their respective banks which shall be legally Binding and enforceable.
2. THE BUYER ISSUE AN OPERATIVE SBLC OR OPERATIVE MT760 BG TO SELLER’S NOMINATED ACCOUNT of Whale & Baker Co Eco Bank Nigeria PLC. See verbiage below
3. Seller confirm the instrument, Seller issues 2% Performance Bond, on confirmation of the 2% Performance Bond by the Buyer’s Bank, Seller then does the clearance /logistics for all marine securities as required for the cargo and the vessel at Seller’s expense.
4. Seller instructs his loaded vessel Captain to move to Buyer’s destination as agreed for Q&Q. At arrival in Buyer’s Port of Discharge, ship captain issues Marine Authority to Board (MATB) to Buyer’s nominated inspectors and supercargo for Q&Q.
5. Buyer’s Independent inspectors and supercargo shall go onboard Seller’s loaded vessel at Buyer’s Port of Discharge and obtain a Q&Q report.
6. Q&Q report from Seller’s loaded vessel shall be sent to Seller and Buyer.
7. Buyer confirms Q&Q report.
8. Seller hands over all official cargo documents to Buyer’s Bank.
9. Buyer within (3) Banking days pays for the cargo to Seller and all commission as stated in the contract.
10. Seller confirms payment of cargo.
11. Loaded vessel discharge into Buyer’s shore tank facilities.
