So I eventually got my refusal letter today, a bit relieved because of the long wait, now I am ready to tackle the issues head on. The major problem I have though is the financial aspect. My sponsor sent an approximation of CAD 10,000 to my personal account just yesterday, I am also able to access more funds, however I am of the opinion that this may seem suspicious to the VO, if more lump sum amount is suddenly being deposited to my personal account, I really need the advise of all the experts on this. |
Frankrobbn1:I have a law firm, which I run, the account is active and cac incorporation documents are available I have a pig farm with all relevant title documents I have a phone store with all relevant documents and an active account I have cac documents for a new betting company I am in the process of securing the license My sponsor can transfer a reasonable amount to my personal account as living expenses in canada, he has already paid CAD 10,000 as tutition deposit My sponsor is willing to send mybank statement of his personal account My sponsor is willing to send all relevant documents of his other businesses All these documents were available prior to the application, however the agent I used refused to use them saying it was too much. Do you think with all these its possible to tackle the issues. I am more concerned about how to go about the further proof of funds. Tank you so much for your time |
Frankrobbn1:Since I have all the documents to tackle this issues, Can't I just send it to them now with a letter of explanation ? |
Hello Guru's in the house please help, I just got my GCMS note after applying with all NSE requirements since FEB 17. The current status of my application is "Review Required". Is it possible I send further documents via webform to tackle this issues now? If so: I opened my on law firm September last year, and I have been practicing, the firms account have different transactions in it running into 10s of millions... should I send this information ? Further to this I am also a director and share holder in another company with has been running since 2017, do I send this also? I also have a pig farm, with the title documents and ID card from the farmer's association. Regarding availability of funds: Should funds from the business account be transferred be transferred to my personal account then I send the bank statement I am thinking CAD 10,000. Please o, Kindly advise me on how to proceed.

@Uzomachukwu Thanks for the advise. However I forgot to mention in my previous post that I have two degrees, one in Nigeria one In Cyprus, I only applied with my most recent degrees. as for the SOP I was advised by the agent not to make it lengthy just a page, wish I had seen this thread before applying. |
Hi all I submitted my application February 17th, and getting really nervous age is not on my side (32 this march) I graduated with LLB 2.2 from a university in cyprus went to law school Ielts 7.5, father as a sponsor with properties verified by an estate valuer worth over 170 million deposited 10k cad for tuition at CBU, working experience is minimal as I just finished from law school 2019, in father's affidavit he mentioned he is sponsoring my education with the hope of me coming back to take over his business (A hotel) I am going for a 2 years post Post-Baccalaureate Diploma I wrote a one page SOP. Unfortunately I discovered this forum after submission, it would have helped alot, I am concerned about my work experience given my age, I also omitted my first degree details leaving my post secondary education with a 7 year gap, I was unable to get transcript and cert up till now its still under processing typical naija university. I dont know I think my chances are slim, I submitted my Ielts and 12 months MBS of the Hotel's account (No personal accounts )where I am also a director and shareholder (for Nse with upfront medicals). It is more than 20 days now only medical has been updated to pass tis was 26th of Feburary. |
