Topic: Managing and designing a Kitchen space.
Most house Kitchen now comes with a ready made or a tenant constructed Cabinet because every one wants comfort, cleaniness, durability, functionality and also storage.
Right from primary school, my Home Economics Teacher taught me that kitchen interiors can be arranged in 3 different forms.
1) Roman figure 2 formation (ll)
2) The U-shaped kitchen
3) The L-shaped Kitchen

All this designs depends on the size, space and functionality of the kitchen.
Cabineting is quite important now because of it functionality. Most kitchen appliances are even installed with it. That tidiness is my passion.

So what type of kitchen cabinet formation should you pick for your kitchen space?
I have designed a Kitchen with four different access doors and it came.out together. How did I achieve that....to be continued

Story from my Blog spot

Problem encounter- Okay, we started painting alright. then we did the first coats. Hell nah... more visible cracks all over. Long once, short once, deeper once and narrow once. That aside, then we encountered irregularity in the walls. Oh no, this is getting tougher than we anticipated. After eight long hours of scrapping and sandpapering and filling, oh lord.

But I and my team of workers are dedicated to this coarse. We must prove that we are talented team of loyal professionals and our work/job means a lot to us. So second set of filling occurred. More packets of Poly-fillers were bought. Then we waited for it to dry up, sandpaper for leveling, then continued painting. We continued this process for four full days. And finally, our job is done, hurrah, lol...http://www.kemimulticolour..com/2015/05/its-happy-day.html

Washing of Curtain should be done twice in a year. Not once in two year. This helps reduce dust and also introduces freshness to your interior.

Topic: The wrong kind of Sofa.
I was at a partners office today. He complained to me about a Client who said he wants to return the Sofa he purchased 2 weeks ago to pick another one even if he has to add alittle extra charge.

Hmmm.. His excuse was that the Sofa size was too much for his mini living room. My observation was that he picked that sofa because of price. It was imported but at a locally made price range. I was told he had 4 different options but he decided to go with that specific design and price. Not minding the style, colour, design and functionality. He wanted to have it at a token.

So what am I trying to say. What are the thing you should look out for when picking a sofa to buy?.
1) Durability
2) Functionality
3) Reasons
4) Effectiveness
5) And perfect timing- Make sure you are ready for all this options listed above before you decided to buy or shop for new sofa. Don't let that little extra cost deprive you of your timed happiness. Don't allow price and indecisiveness give you an unexpected expiring date to the enjoyment of buying a new substance.

Topic: Can your Bedroom match your Living room?
I have this family friends. Their living room, Epic!. Oh my... Classiest. I could write a page about it. I don't have any thing or any reason to go upstairs in their bedrooms but one day, I had a reason to. Jeez, I felt insulted for them. What's going on. This is a true example of a Two Faced Home Decorator. Or was I in a wrong house?. I was dazed.

I decided to study their situation very well. So I discovered this fact. The organisation of different items in their bedroom was at 0%. Arrange your room in a way that no matter how much you are in a rush.. You can hardly scatter too much.
- Always arrange like substances together
- Arrange in a scale of preference, thats is, the more important items out of the like once stays in front and is more accessible
- Leave room/space for newer items especially if you are someone who loves to buy-buy, lol.
- Arrange reasonably and Visibly. Don't muddle everything together so everywhere would look neat. It only makes matter worse.
- Don't be lazy
- Your bed isn't your wardrobe. Fold all ur cloths neatly in your wardrobe
- You need a big or medium sized laundry basket. Store dirty cloths in them when you are not ready for laundry
- Your door isn't a cloth rack. Quit hanging cloths on them
- Who says you can't have a dustbin in your room. Why must you keep throwing dirts on the floor
- Buy extra bedsheets. Your bedsheets isn't meant to be dirty before you remember to change it.
- Shelfing is very important in your bedroom anyways. Chests with drawers, side shelves, Wardrobes, Desks and a rotatable chair if necessary or a book rack.

Let's stop here for now.. I believe you can figure the remaining out.
