Penelope Scotland Disick made her reality TV debut last night -- as Kourtney Kardashian gave birth during the season finale of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
Kourtney invited cameras into the delivery room as she went into labor with her second child. And she didn't shy away from showing everything.
As she did with son Mason, Kourtney literally pulled the baby out of her for the world to see.
"Kourtney just loves pulling out her own children," Khloe said to the cameras, exclaiming "Go for it sister, do your thing!"
When asked if it feels weird, Kourt replied "No, it feels good" -- adding, "It's such a magical feeling to stare at my little baby girl!"
Prepare to see a lot more of Penelope in the future, too. The little girl is already down in Florida where they're currently filming the second season of "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami."

A 35-year-old lady yesterday told how her live-in lover poured fuel on her and set her ablaze in Ikotun area of Lagos State.
The lady, Janet Udegba said her lover, Mr. Kehinde Adesamuye, 39, set her on fire because he was angry and jealous over her relationship with other men. According to Daily Mail, a Spanish firm offering a professional course in prostitution which it says 'guarantees a job offer on graduation,' has survived its firstlegal challenge to be closed down.
For €100, students are taught the history of the world's oldest profession, how to use erotic toys and the most popular positions contained within the Kama Sutra.
The school began advertising the course in May, but within weeks the Valencian regional government filed a case with prosecutors, alleging that the school promoted prostitution, which is illegal in Spain....
