THE TRUTH IS THAT IT'S NOT AN EASY TASK BUT WHEN THE GRACE OF GOD IS AVAILABLE ALL MY STEPS WILL BE DIRECTED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD.
GOD HAS GIVEN ME THE GRACE TO LEAD TODAY, I HEAD UP TO FOUR DEPARTMENT CURRENTLY I KNOW THIS IS JUST A STEPPING STONE TO WHAT THE LORD HAS IN STORE FOR ME
I WAS NOT BORN WITH A GOLDEN SPOON AS PEOPLE MAY THINK I CAME FROM A POOR FAMILY BUT THAT HAS NOT DISCOURAGE ME IN ANYWAY AS A YOUNG MAN. I WORKED HARD IN OTHER TO BE THE BEST.
TODAY I CAN BOLDLY SAY AM A GRAPHICS DESIGNER, VIDEO EDITOR, A COMPUTER ENGINEER, AND ALSO A SYSTEM ANALYST.

In the first place, breastfeeding does not cause the breast to go flat. Mothers who still shy away from breastfeeding their babies because they think their breasts would go flat, need to have a rethink. Whether or not a woman breast feeds, her breasts would go flat more as a result of ageing and other physiological processes in the body.

Such health benefits include; cancer prevention, and protection from infectious diseases. But perhaps one of the most important benefits of breastfeeding is that it does appear to protect against breast cancer, probably by affecting levels of estrogen in a woman’s body,
 
 
 
Breastfeeding seems to help prevent, or at least delay, the onset of celiac disease, possibly by introducing tiny amounts of gluten to a baby through the mother’s milk. In developing countries in Africa and Asia, women breastfed each of their babies for an average of 30 months. Since breast milk is the ideal nutrient for the new born, all women should be encouraged to breastfeed their children for cancer prevention. New mothers are believed to reduce their risk of breast cancer by breastfeeding their babies, and the longer they continue, the lower their chances of developing the diseases become.
 
 
Research shows that one other benefit of breastfeeding babies, includes healthier immune systems and fewer breathing difficulties. The research by epidemiologist Sir Richard Doll – who discovered the link between lung cancer and smoking – may now lead doctors to tell mothers that breastfeeding could protect them from the disease. It was also found that a woman’s risk fell by just over eight percent for every birth. However, women who have breastfed experience reduced rate of breast cancer in life, thereby providing other health benefits in their babies including protection against celiac diseases.

Presently, colon cancer is one of the most common types of cancer affecting both men and women. Natural medicine offers a wide array of alternative treatments for this life-threatening disease. However, there’s still isn’t enough medical evidence to support these treatments.

Another major setback is that modern medicine is largely controlled by big pharmaceutical companies, which actually fund most of the scientific research in the field of medicine. Unfortunately, their objective is not human health, but profit.

This, however, doesn’t exclude important and beneficial studies from being published in renowned medical journals.

One such study, conducted by the Adelaide University of Australia, found that lauric acid, which makes up 50% of coconut oil, can destroy more than 93% of colon cancer cells in humans in only 48 hours. The study involved in vitro experiments in petri dishes, as well as in vivo in rats. Both experiments gave the same results.

The study found that lauric acid destroys cancer cells while causing oxidative stress. This significantly reduces the level of glutathione, which cancer cells depend on.



The real problem is that research of this kind is enormously expensive and unappealing to sponsors because natural cures can’t be patented. This simply holds no interest to pharmaceuticals companies to finance such trials, despite the fact that they target the wellbeing of the entire population.

Lauric acid, which is also found in mother’s milk, is a fatty acid that strengthens the immune system and has strong anti-bacterial properties.

As found in the clinical studies of the American Nutrition Association, the fats in coconut oil “can be useful in the curing and prevention of conditions like diabetes, osteoporosis, viral diseases (mononucleosis, hepatitis C, herpes etc.), biliary tract diseases, Chron’s disease, and cancer”.

Coconut oil has also been proved to reduce the side-effects of chemotherapy and improve overall health of cancer patients.

Although pharmaceutical companies turn a blind eye to natural remedies, one thing is indisputable – nature has a cure for almost any existing disease. The sad thing is that without medical research and approval, they remain unknown to people whose health depends on them‎.

CAUSES OF PAINFUL INTERCOURSE (DYSPARENIA)

Dysparenia is pain during or after sexual intercourse often caused by poor vaginal lubrication, reduced libido and vaginal dryness.

Painful sexual intercourse
There are many other causes of painful intercourse and treatment is usually directed towards the underlying causes.

Physical causes of painful intercourse differ, depending on whether the pain occurs at entry or with deep thrusting. Emotional factors can be associated with many types of painful intercourse.

Entry pain

Pain during penetration may be associated with a range of factors, including:

Insufficient lubrication. This is often the result of not enough pre-intimacy. Insufficient lubrication is also commonly caused by a drop in estrogen levels after menopause, after childbirth or during breast-feeding.

Certain medications are known to inhibit desire or arousal, which can decrease lubrication and make sex painful. These include antidepressants, high blood pressure medications, sedatives, antihistamines and certain birth control pills.

Injury, trauma or irritation. This includes injury or irritation from an accident, pelvic surgery, female circumcision or a cut made during childbirth to enlarge the birth canal (episiotomy).
Inflammation, infection or skin disorder. An infection in your genital area or urinary tract can cause painful intercourse.‎
Vaginismus. Involuntary spasms of the muscles of the vaginal wall (vaginismus) can make attempts at penetration very painful.
Congenital abnormality. A problem present at birth, such as the absence of a fully-formed vagina (vaginal agenesis) or development of a membrane that blocks the vaginal opening (imperforate hymen, as with virgins) could be the underlying cause of dyspareunia.
Deep pain

Deep pain usually occurs with deep penetration and may be more pronounced with certain positions. Causes include:

Certain illnesses and conditions. The list includes endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine prolapse, retroverted uterus, uterine fibroids, cystitis, irritable bowel syndrome, hemorrhoids and ovarian cysts.
Surgeries or medical treatments. Scarring from pelvic surgery, including hysterectomy (surgical removal of the uterus) , can sometimes cause painful intercourse.

Medical treatments for cancer, such as radiation and chemotherapy, can cause changes that make sex painful.
Emotional factors

Emotions are deeply intertwined with sexual activity and may play a role in any type of sexual pain. Emotional factors include:

Psychological problems. Mood swings, anxiety, depression, concerns about your physical appearance, fear of intimacy or relationship problems can contribute to a low level of arousal and a resulting discomfort or pain.
Stress. Your pelvic floor muscles tend to tighten in response to stress in your life. This can contribute to pain during intercourse.
History of sexual abuse. Most women with dyspareunia don't have a history of sexual abuse, but if you have been abused, it may play a role.
Sometimes, it can be difficult to tell whether psychological factors are associated with dyspareunia. Initial pain can lead to fear of recurring pain, making it difficult to relax, which can lead to more pain. As with any pain in your body, you might start avoiding the activities that you associate with the pain.

Atleast 50 staffs have been sacked since the opening of the‎ ‎”Shoprite” Owerri Mall in March this year.
According to source, the management of Shoprite Mall Owerri has dismissed over 50 staffs since it started this year for reasons bordering on ‎the management’s inability to pay some workers ‎while Some were sacked due to little mistakes or some trivial issues.
A staff who pleaded anonymity said that another reason why the management downsized her staffs was to enable them meet their yearly target.‎
