I am posting to see whether anyone else has experienced something similar recently with Paxful. Several years ago, I accidentally sent a significant amount of USDC to a Paxful-controlled wallet using an unsupported network. At the time, Paxful only supported a different network for that asset. I contacted support repeatedly over the years and was consistently told that recovery was not possible. Recently, I was unexpectedly contacted by Paxful Support through their official support system. They informed me that they were now able to recover the previously inaccessible funds and requested a destination wallet address so the funds could be returned. Email was sent from their official freshdesk support (support@paxful.freshdesk.com) I promptly provided the requested wallet address. Shortly afterward, I received confirmation that my information had been received and that the case was under review. However, since then, several weeks have passed with no further updates despite multiple follow-up emails. What makes this particularly confusing is that I can see on-chain evidence that assets from previously inaccessible addresses appear to have been consolidated into a wallet that seems to be under Paxful’s control. However, there has been no communication regarding when recoveries will be processed or whether anyone has actually received a refund. I am not making any accusations at this stage. I am simply trying to determine whether: * Anyone else has recently been contacted by Paxful regarding recovery of unsupported-network deposits; * Anyone was asked to provide a wallet address for a refund; * Anyone has successfully received recovered funds; * Anyone is currently waiting for an update after providing a wallet address. If you have experienced something similar, I would appreciate hearing about your timeline and outcome. For privacy reasons, I am not posting transaction hashes, wallet addresses, account information, or exact amounts publicly at this time. Thank you. |

I need to post this here to alert Nigerians of the cruel nature of Paxful as a company. This unfortunate incident happened over a year a go when I tried sending USDC from my metamask wallet to another wallet via the polygon network but mistakenly sent it to my Paxful wallet. The moment I realised the mistake, I reached out to paxful support and they responded with hopes that they will try to recover the funds. Paxful trades USDC and allow deposits via Ethereum main network. They do not support polygon as of now. But because they own the private key to my wallet, so they can go a further length to access the fund on a different network. This is very possible. |
One of the best city to live in Brazil is CURITIBA. very modern and european. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7jVI93jOEo |
This city is well designed. Kigali has its own beauty. Very green. I mean very very wholesomely green. More pictures and videos coming. |
maths1000:When you say Nigeria has world class infrastructure I am lost. I mean mention the so called infrastructure. I live in Abuja and honestly beside some good roads and fine houses, abuja is just like any other backward Nigeria city. Rwanda is not just about the cleanliness but the system. They have a system that works. Please compare our Health care system, Education or even Electrical Power to Rwanda . Nigeria is not working. The system is broken. We all keep deceiving ourselves and reason why our crooks politicians keep destroying the country because we all allow it. If you never lived abroad before, you will think Abuja is something. Our system is broken. Nigeria is not working. We all should wake up. Accepting the joke we call a country is insanity. And always remember Rwanda has little and has done so much with the little they have. |
nwadikeokey11:What exactly is your point though? Because from all you said, you also did agree Rwanda is doing way better than Nigeria. Your problem is with Kagame? But this is the same Kagame that is pioneering the Rwanda progress. If the RULERSHIP thing is working for them, why change it? |
nwadikeokey11:Before coming here I have done my own research. I said corruption is almost nonexistent and that would mean very very low. When a country’s elites push corruption that low, the system is barely affected by it. There is still corruption even in America, but national interest will always come first. Their politicians here aren’t wealthy. They do not have Oil or major natural resources but yet see what they have done with the little they have. Go to other African countries and within 24 hours you will feel and chew corruption. E.g Nigeria, Kenya,Uganda, Ghana even South Africa |
SKhanmi:The airport experience was smooth. I was told is visa on arrival, but it is actually VISA FREE for Nigerian passport holders. You get stamped in and you have 30 days to stay in the country. The immigration lady asked why I was here, where I was going to stay and how long. They act professional. If this country continue like this, they will soon become the singapore of Africa. Paul Kigame is a wise leader. Because of where they are coming from, the country needs no political distractions. Most of the so called political opponents are just power hungry politicians and might end up destroying the country. I see no reason why there is a need to change a leader if he is leading the country in the right direction. The man is a great leader. And if he needs to silent distractors and selfish political miscreants to save his country from another civil war, then so be it. He has both, the compassionate heart to do what is right and the toughness to lead. Rwandans actually respect and love this man. |
Paul Kagame is doing a fantastic job. Corruption among the political class is almost nonexistent. Most of the politicians live a normal live. Rwanda's development should be studied in most African universities. African's problem starts and ends on Leadership. Rwanda proves it. |
Currently I am in Rwanda. This country has a european ambience. The police seems professional and everyone seems to obey the rule of law. The system works here. Rwanda does not have that usual African vibe of corruption and impunity. The systems works here. After my 3 days quarantine, I will visit some exotic places and share the pictures here. This place has a great future. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Imw7VJBjIiE |
