U do not need a form just go to this link; http://www.service.nigeriannavy.gov.ng/ and follow the instructions and fill the on line form. Then u will be required to make payment online using a pin, u can buy the scratch card from UBA or Intercontenental bank.

From my expirience its a 3 part online test, one is quantitative the other is some kind of comprehenssion and the final is some ethical questions, but they r quite easy coz u will be given sample questions to prepare before hand, goodluck
InvestmentRe: Interest Rate On Fixed Deposit Accounts In Nigeria by musafresh: 6:36am On Dec 16, 2009
Well it depends on ur risk tolerance and investment horizon, what i mean is how long u have got and whether or not u r ready to take risk. Some suggest bonds which provide higher yields (interest) but i must warn u they have got higher rist too, it depends on the worthiness of the companies bond u r buying, whether the bonds r secured or not (backed by some asset incase of default), and how liquid the bond market is(in case u wana sell the bonds and get ur money back), so consider all these.

But based on my limited knowledge of nija mkt, i will go for the FD, coz i dont even trust the FG T-bills which r suppose to be riskless, and besides they say u can negotiate rates foe FD which is good. Also try to check the cash flow statement of any bak u wish to buy the FD from, especially the the cashflow from operation and see if they have been having positive cashflows in the recent years otherwise, dont put ur money in them, if u have any question e mail me at yabarikilanle@yahoo.com
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Top Secret Human Resources Manager: Why Many Applicants Fail To Qualify? by musafresh: 4:16pm On Dec 15, 2009
I dont believe some one Knows me better than my self, so I write my CV myself. But if u have problem structuring then google how to write a CV and see the various sites than can help u for free, there are even CV biulder sites that can biuld a CV for u if u provide them details.

The bottom line is dont fool urself packaging matters, this means u should have different formats of CVs depending on where u r applying, make sure u check out the requirements for d job and STRESS them on ur CV, especially extra curicular activities even if u r part of ur neighborhood foodball team or u teach ur cousins maths after school, put them all especially if u dont have a lot of professional expirience, annd finally try to strike a balance between details and space, and if u can do that be rest assured that ur CV is up to task. U can also checkout monster.com (a worldclass human resource firm) for more details and sample of CVs.

PS recruiters look for uniqueness, so i dont advice giving it to some agencies that will most likely write similar CV format for more than one person. A head hunter at a seminar in singapore once said he doesnt mind if u type ur CV in pink ink, so long it catches his attention from other CVs (but i dont advise u do this). Remember bottomline is b unique. GOODLUCK.
