Even if we pass a law to behead or sentence anyone to death for money laundering or corruption, that’s when the corruption go multiply or get worse…

Nothing, I mean absolutely nothing can stop Nigerians from being corrupt or launder money… it has eaten deep into our fabric…

I’ll say this again, for naija to better, this generation, the next one, and the next one after the next one will have to fade away first… it means all of us alive now and in the next 300 years would have been dead before we have hope of Naija being at least 15% corrupt free, not even 100% ooo..

Another important thing to know is that China is only doing all these favors so they can compete with the US relationships with the African continent, and not because they love us.

First, it is illogical for anyone to think the federal government would exclude a region from benefitting from the scheme… I mean, how do people think sef?? With their anus??

Secondly, I believe (no evidence) there are students of eastern origin that are currently studying outside their region. Some of them already benefited from the scheme through one or more of the schools that have received disbursements.

This administration, including the past ones already knows all eyes are on them on how they treat each region…. So none of them would wish to incur the wrath of the nation by excluding some part from the national treasury.

It’s quite simple to make though. Blend the cauliflower, squeeze or sieve out the water/liquid, then put it on the stove on medium heat, and keep turning for like 7 minutes.. I don’t believe it should spike… but remember, serving portion is the key… one cup contains over 70g of carbs… so do you want to eat that much carb at one serving? Even though the fiber is high, at least half of that would still be released into your blood, but slowly though, not just a sudden spike and fall..

Most times when I eat oats for dinner, it doesn’t start raising my blood sugar till like 12-1am… I eat organic whole steel-cuts oat… and dinner at 5pm..

Coconut flour is very good. It has more fiber even more than wheat. I think you’ll get about 72-75g of carbs from one cup of coconut flour… and with that, you also get about 40g of fiber… fiber helps control blood sugar… and with that high fiber, I don’t believe it should spike…

I might actually just bake something today with the coconut flour though… haven’t used it before

This thread motivated me to start cooking… I just started cooking last year. The biggest motivator is GboyegaD”. His food post always make me look lazy… so I started watching YouTube channels how to make naija foods… that’s how I started cooking… and guess what?? I enjoy it to the fullest… I work from home, so I have all the time to cook and try different naija dishes…. And today, I cook all my food myself…. Even though nah only me dey eat the food for the house…. I used to pay a lady to cook those soups for me, but not anymore…: my soups now make sense pass the ones they used to make for me lol…

You might actually be wrong. It is a well known fact that before the Tinubu regime, education is quite cheap in Nigeria. Even at this time, it’s still cheap relative to income.

For a medical student in Nigeria, I doubt if the total cost from year 1 to graduation is up to a million naira.

Now, compare that to their income. No Nigerian doctor earns less than 100k monthly. That’s not less than #1.2m annual.

Let’s compare that to the US. The average cost to graduate as a doctor in the US is over $200k just to get the undergraduate degree, and then over $350k, with medical school cost included.
